However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require canceling or modifying travel plans. This cancellation policy has been established to provide clear guidance on the procedures and conditions applicable to travel service cancellations. By booking a service with CERVEZA TRAVEL LLC, you agree to the conditions of this policy.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation of travel package reservations:<\/b><\/p>

  1. Customers can request the cancellation of a travel package before its start date. To request the cancellation, the customer must contact our customer service team at (346) 366-8493 or send an email to info@cervezatravel.com with the booking information.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following conditions will apply:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
    • Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice: The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable costs associated with third-party services, such as flights or accommodations with strict cancellation policies.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice: Proportional cancellation fees may apply, or the refund could be subject to the policies of the service providers or wholesale agencies involved.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellation of individual services:<\/b><\/p>

      1. If a customer has booked individual services, such as a flight, accommodation, or excursion, the cancellation policies established by the providers of such services will apply.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Our customer service team will provide all necessary information about the cancellation policies of individual services at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        Changes and modifications to reservations:<\/b><\/p>

            1. It is strongly recommended that customers consider purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen situations, such as cancellations due to medical emergencies or adverse circumstances.<\/span><\/li>
