Cancellation Policy of CERVEZA TRAVEL LLC

At CERVEZA TRAVEL LLC, our goal is to provide unforgettable and satisfying travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require canceling or modifying travel plans. This cancellation policy has been established to provide clear guidance on the procedures and conditions applicable to travel service cancellations. By booking a service with CERVEZA TRAVEL LLC, you agree to the conditions of this policy.
Cancellation of travel package reservations:
- Customers can request the cancellation of a travel package before its start date. To request the cancellation, the customer must contact our customer service team at (346) 366-8493 or send an email to info@cervezatravel.com with the booking information.
- Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice: The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable costs associated with third-party services, such as flights or accommodations with strict cancellation policies.
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice: Proportional cancellation fees may apply, or the refund could be subject to the policies of the service providers or wholesale agencies involved.
Cancellation of individual services:
- If a customer has booked individual services, such as a flight, accommodation, or excursion, the cancellation policies established by the providers of such services will apply.
- Our customer service team will provide all necessary information about the cancellation policies of individual services at the time of booking.
Changes and modifications to reservations:
- Customers can request modifications or changes to their travel reservations, subject to availability and the policies of the service providers.
- Depending on the nature and timing of the requested changes, additional fees or adjustments to the reservation costs may apply.
Refunds:
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 days from the approval of the cancellation or modification request.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the original booking unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Travel Insurance:
- It is strongly recommended that customers consider purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen situations, such as cancellations due to medical emergencies or adverse circumstances.
- Any claims related to travel insurance must be managed directly with the corresponding insurance company.
Changes to the cancellation policy:
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time, and any changes will be effective from the date of communication directly to the customers. We recommend that you periodically review this policy to stay informed about updates.
